The Hoffman Group, LLC was formed in July 1989 by James Hoffman. Mr. Hoffman is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and has worked in the restaurant, hotel, club, food manufacturing, and airline industries. Mr. Hoffman has been involved in the in-flight foodservice business since 1977, starting with Trans World Airlines, followed by Continental Airlines.
